An order at allrecords.gr is binding for both parties as soon as the customer pays for the order and receives the order confirmation email.

Shipping

If customer chooses regular airmail shipping, package is uninsured, and customer cannot claim refund in the rare event of loss or damage.

Customer is entitled to full refund, if he/she has paid for registered airmail.

Payment

Payment can take place by paypal, credit card on- or offline, IBAN transfer or deposit to the allrecords.gr bank account and COD.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of gross misrepresentation of the product, or wrong item shipped.

Personal Data

Personal data, like order contents, credit card details remain at allrecords.gr and are not being disclosed to other persons or organizations.
