Shipping

Shipping takes place within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Regular airmail orders are being shipped by Hellenic Post.
Registered (insured) airmail is being shipped by Post or UPS/next day delivery service depending on customer’s location.
As a rule all EU orders heavier than 500g all non-EU orders heavier than 2.5kg are being shipped by UPS.
Regular airmail packages are being shipped on customer’s risk. In the rare event of damage or loss (approx. 0.1% of packages) customer is not entitled to refund.
Registered airmail packages are insured, provided the Post Office or UPS cannot come up with a valid reception signature.
Shipping cost shows under your cart, while you are processing your order, so there are no surprises in the final stage of payment.
